The Chrysalis (bespoke)

Laura Flook Bespoke gives you the option to make something uniquely yours. Whether you choose from the sizes available or ‘made to measure’ (for a truly custom fit) , bespoke allows you special customization offerings for features such as materials and colors for fabric, lining, buttons, insignia embroidery and buttonhole thread.

HOW IT WORKS

Once you've placed your order, you'll receive (within 24 hours) an emailed questionnaire and form to check off your customization preferences.

Once submitted, an expertly-curated selection of swatches will be hand-selected in a week's time- just for you- all sourced from superior-quality textiles imported to New York City’s garment district from prestigious mills around the world.

When your material selection and customization preferences are finalized,  your magnificent coat will be cut, sewn and crafted with meticulous attention to detail, according to your specifications.

With made to measure, a unique pattern is drafted, based on your specific measurements and tailored exclusively for your body.

HOW IT WORKS

Within 24 hours of placing your order, a form and questionnaire to document your exact body measurements and customization desires will be e-mailed to you.

Take however long you need, but for optimal accuracy, please enlist the help of a professional tailor or experienced seamstress to take and record your measurements.

( Any dry-cleaning business that offers tailoring will usually provide this service for a small fee, which we are happy to reimburse for your efforts to ensure a flawless fit.) 

Upon reception of your measurements and customization desires, your bespoke attire will be meticulously handcrafted to your unique specifications and delivered to your shipping address.

Every coat from our NYC atelier is carefully made to order, exacting personalized attention for a truly unparalleled garment. 

Anticipate a production time of about three weeks from order to shipment.

In addition to the UNITED STATES, we accept orders from and ship to AUSTRALIA, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, CANADA, DENMARK, FINLAND, FRANCE, GERMANY, ICELAND, IRELAND, ITALY, JAPAN, NETHERLANDS, NEW ZEALAND, NORWAY, PORTUGAL, SPAIN, SWEDEN, SWITZERLAND and the UNITED KINGDOM.

International orders may incur import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. The recipient is responsible for these charges.

All orders from the Outerwear collection enjoy free priority shipping and complimentary insurance coverage within the continental United States.

Shipping options for all other orders will be available at checkout, determined by the delivery address.

INSURANCE

When ordering outside the continental U.S, consider utilizing Route™ shipping insurance at checkout.

While we cannot be responsible for costs incurred by damaged, lost, or stolen packages once your order is dispatched, Route™ shipping insurance can. 

Your utmost satisfaction is our commitment, but due to the customized nature of our bespoke outerwear, all sales are final and ineligible for return.
