International orders may incur import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. The recipient is responsible for these charges.

All other orders will be given shipping options at checkout, dependent upon the delivery address.

 If you are ordering outerwear outside the continental U.S, we strongly encourage your purchase of the Route™ shipping insurance offered at checkout.

While we cannot be responsible costs incurred by damaged, lost, or stolen packages once your order is dispatched, Route™ shipping insurance can. 

Your utmost satisfaction is our commitment, however, due to the individualized nature of each offering, all sales are final and ineligible for return.
